Yankees pitchers gave up just four hits, striking out seven and limiting the Red Sox to four runs in six innings on Sunday.

Alex Rodriguez pitched the last four innings of the game, allowing three runs on four hits and two walks while striking out six and walking none.

The bullpen was not as effective, with Brandon Maurer allowing four runs on three hits and five walks while allowing just two hits and one walk.

Maurer has allowed six runs on 13 hits and four walks in his past four outings.

Rodriguez is hitting .259 with seven home runs and 37 RBIs this season.
